It's All About Tea
Hot tea, lemon, sugar: rainy afternoon.
I think it sums up my whole life pretty well, given that I was only allowed to use six words. The six word memoir project reminds me of those Japanese Haiku poems that are really short. I am glad that here I did not have to attempt at rhyming.

Wow, I think you nailed it Alina. That's a fantastic 6 word memoir. Tea on a rainy day, it's like soul food in liquid form. I have found that my "6 word memoir" can change given the day, what is going on in my life, and even how I'm feeling (positive or negative mood.) It really is tough to "commit" to six words as THE story of one's life. Did you find that also?
ReplyDeleteI had a lot of different ideas at first for my six-word memoir, but I was not sure if they were quite right. It was not really that hard to commit to six words; it was just hard finding the right words.
ReplyDeleteWhen I came across this it really made me want to drink tea, especially because of the weather right now, this is definitely creative, I like it! Even the picture makes me feel like I wanna just lay at home on a rainy day and watch movies hah.
